A little note concerning the lightweight for the C&J's:

I had a hard time last week completing reps of 165-lbs. for last week's C&J session. I was having trouble getting set up for the Jerk because the bar would always be on my fingertips, like in a Front Squat, as opposed on my hands for a proper jerk takeoff position.

So I backed off the weight for this morning to work on my finger-to-hand transfer technique.
