I honestly tried to deadlift "touch & go" but it was more like a "no go" yo! Which is perfectly fine but I was really shooting for sub-10 on this one. The thing that slowed me down the most was probably my first set of Double Unders. I didn't exactly get a chance to warm 'em up but my rhythm was totally off and I could only string together maybe 5 or 6 at a time. GHD's were, well... FNGHD's but the goal today was just to keep moving and ignore the pain.
