8 KB Swings (53-lbs.)
8 Jumping Lunges (on 45-lb. Plate)
8 Pushups (on 2x4's)

Total: 9-rds.

I freaking SUCK at Overhead Squats!

With that being said I'm like really motivated to rehab myself into a faster, stronger CrossFittin' machine. I didn't like Back Squatting but I've come to embrace & love it. I hated rowing but now I've come to embrace it (haven't quite come to love it yet though). The list goes one - I think my shoulder has held me back long enough and I think I've babied it for too long. I wanna be able to improve my Jerk technique tremendously, I wanna be able to improve my Snatch loads & techniques, I wanna rep 135-lb. Overhead Squats like they're 75-lb. Overhead Squats!!!
