*My Erg was D.O.A. so I had no idea what or how far I was rowing - I just rowed for 5-minutes and called it a day.

I haven't done a pullup since 10/28/2009. That, my friends, is just downright sad. BUT! with my shoulder on the mend I decided to attempt to these pullups since it seemed like a relatively low volume (49). I was a little tentative at first but once I got going things started to settle in nicely. One thing I did notice was that my kip wasn't nearly as powerful as it used to be and that was a little disheartening. But here I was nearly 5-months later finally being able to do some pullups for reps. Ahhh, I remember the good ole days when I would do C2B PUs for every WOD... we'll get back there one day. I think being able to do pullups again will help with regaining my conditioning once more, hopefully sooner rather than later though.
