Jerks:
I had the hardest time Push Jerking that 165-lb. bar this morning, I just couldn't seem to get my hands in a good position hence the extremely poor numbers for this movement. The Jerks were basically coming from my fingers and I would generate enough force coming out of the push that the bar would just kind of float until I actually caught it. With that being said my extremely poor showing only solidifies my desire to get better at getting under the bar during the Jerk.
Burpees:
Mentally I had to redeem myself here with a decent showing. The trick with Burpees (at least with me) is rhythm - getting into a solid rhythm, not wasting any additional energy, and keeping the movement as energy efficient as possible. That means jumping just high enough to get a good behind the ear/head clap and then using the momentum to carry you back down into the squat to pushup movment. Rinse, wash, repeat! Again, if you're jumping really high or expending a lot of energy coming from the pushup back to the jump squat portion then that's less energy you can be using to do more burpees.
Row:
I was soo exhausted from the C&J's and the Burpees that I had very little motivation for rowing other than to just keep rowing. I knew I wasn't gonna set any distance records so I was purely focused on doing the work... and that work was UGLY.

Nailing all three of these movements has got to be tough. 27 burpees for 3, 2 minute intervals is impressive.
