400m Run
100m Walking Lunge (2 x 35 KBs)
25 Pushups

My legs are already in pain from the 300 Air Squats I did during "War Frank" for First Friday so I figured:

"Hey... why not rebuild some of that lost conditioning and do 5-rds. instead of the 3 prescribed?"

I also did the 5 rounds partly because I am forever subbing pullups for something else, i.e. slamballs, slamballs, and uhh more slamballs. Enough with the slamballs already - 25 pushups it is! Definitely felt the burn on every single of those lunges this morning. With that being said there's a pretty solid chance (I'd say about 85 to 95%) of my legs completely giving out and me doing a faceplant on the floor at work.

"We have a bruised ego on Aisle #10 please... cleanup on Aisle #10."

Soni - Are you telling me that you are still not sure about hitting 12 pullups. If you did 60+ muscle ups on Friday, then you could do 12 pullups per round, no?

Marky D: I see what you're saying - my problem though is the extreme ROM of the shoulder during the swinging phase of the pullup. It's tough to describe here...

With that being said I don't really have a problem with the ROM during a MU. And with THAT being said I am really, really sore from those 60+ MUs, sir.
