Back Squat 5x3

Top Load: 225-lbs. / 245-lbs. x 2 (+45-lbs. of Chains)

Hmmm... squattin' today didn't go nearly as well as last time. Let's do a quick check:

Wednesday - 1RM. Overhead Squats
Friday - "Grace" & "Randy"
Saturday - 1RM. Snatch

Yep, my traps are sore.

Today I couldn't really find that comfort zone when racking the bar across my traps, a lot of pain & discomfort, etc. I didn't get a good night's rest either so that might've had something to do with it. Either way it was a mediocre morning of back squats at best but at least I got to build upon that strength base.
