20 Pullups / 30 Pushups / 400m Run
18 Pullups / 28 Pushups / 400m Run
16 Pullups / 26 Pushups / 400m Run

The workout was supposed to be 5 Intervals for time with 2-minutes of rest between each but I started in the second flight, then I lost track of my start and finish time, so I just said "Forget This!" and just made it a 5-RFT'er.
Pullups are coming along very slowly and I was only able to hit like 7 or 8 in a row during the first interval. After that was pretty much reps of 4 or 5 which I feel is pretty pathetic. Got a pretty good tear on my middle finger though (which just so happens to be the finger I use the most at work!)
