BWT - Pick Your Poison Day

WOD:

10 Muscle-Ups / 100 Squats
8 Muscle-Ups / 80 Squats
6 Muscle-Ups / 60 Squats
4 Muscle-Ups / 40 Squats
2 Muscle-Ups / 20 Squats

Time: 26:14

I'm in some serious pain from this morning's WOD. This was probably the hardest & most exhausting bodyweight WOD I've done yet. I was only able to to get 21 out of the 30 Muscle-Ups so I ended up using the 3:1 Pullup-to-MuscleUp ratio for the ones I couldn't do. The Air Squats started out fine but as I continued through the workout and used more & more energy on the Muscle-Ups the Air Squats got slower, and had less "pop" through the motion.

I do feel some sense of accomplishment though, it was only last week that I got my first Muscle-Up and now I'm doing sets of 'em in a WOD? I'll take that any day! Now I'd like to string more than 4 in a row together...
