Well... maybe I'm this kind of "ninja:"












Many who CrossFit adopt "The Zone" Diet. I'm currently reading "Enter the Zone" which is decent if not a little on the dry side.



Chipotle is my kryptonite, but in my internet perusings I stumbled across a couple of links:

there's no better time to start the Zone than right now. It's easy and you can eat Chipotle.
