St. Patrick's Day

WOD:

5 RFT - "Pack"
5 Squat Cleans
5 Ring Dips

Time: 8:34

I don't know what the issue was today but for some reason I wasn't able to properly squat clean the prescribed weight of 155-lbs. so I backed the weight back down to 135-lbs. and even then I was having a lot of trouble with 135-lbs. even though I squat cleaned that weight quite easily during "Elizabeth" last week. My clean form was also atrocious! I'm gonna have to work on that on my own with a PVC pipe or something...

AWESOME ALERT - I got my first freaking muscle-up this morning, and then after I finished the WOD I got 3 MORE! I'm a little in disbelief because I never thought I'd be strong enough to do one let alone four but I'm pretty cised right now.
