I knew this day would come. About a month and a half ago when I first started CrossFit I found out (I also knew a little beforehand) that my biggest weaknesses were Thrusters & Pullups and I knew that eventually we'd hit "Fran" for a benchmark WOD. Well, that day has come & gone and I can attest to how horrible it felt... but at the same time it was awesome. I'll be honest, there was a little trepidation on my behalf in regards to actually doing "Fran" but now that it's out of the way I feel good.
