Saturday - Team WOD













WOD:

"Trevor"

300 Pullups
400 Pushups
500 ABMATs
600 Squats

Starring - Team Virtuosity! w/ Dan, Katie, Mike Oh!, and Sean

Ask me which part of my body is in pain and I'll kindly respond "Everywhere." This was a killer workout! With only 2 people allowed to work at a time our team decided to break down the sets into smaller subsets in order to avoid muscle failure per each individual. For the most part it worked because I firmly believe we did every rep and the pain that I'm experiencing today is mind-numbing. Pushups & Squats were the easiest for me, Pullups were the worst... but I held my own and I didn't hold anything back.

Kudos to my teammates Dan, Katie, and Mike Oh! for a hard fought battle
