Overhead Squats (OHS)
If there was ever a lift designed purely to reduce a man into a feeble, girlish state it would be the Overhead Squat. Active Shoulders, Spinal Stabilization, Midline Engagement, blah blah blah... what about Ego Minimization, and Pride Destruction? Here's what it looked like:

I couldn't do a single set of 15 so I did: 3-sets of 8 @ 95-lbs.
The actual squat portion felt good - the depth was there and the form was locked in (I think...) but the shoulder conditioning might as well have been powered by Gerbils raised on Jell-O Pudding.

I like to look at it this way.. guys get to struggle through overhead squats, while girls get to struggle through muscleups. If you ask me, I'd rather have a muscleup than a overhead squat any day.
And by the way.. there's no repeating artists in your "Listening to" section.. I reject today's song selection and request both a new artist and song.
Whaa...!?! Have you been checking out the stuff I've been jamming to? I can't imagine you listening to a band like "A PLEA FOR PURGING!"
I got curious one day... I don't particularly care for some of your choices, but I am willing to forgive as long as I don't have to listen to the same songs two days in a row.

I like the New Frontiers.. and what do you mean by saying, "I can't imagine you listening to a band like..." you don't know my music preferences! I love death metal.
