This capped off a 6-day CrossFit week for me and it was a heck of a way to go out. With Jerry out volunteering at the CrossFit Mid-Atlantic Regionals in Virginia Beach this weekend Andrea stepped up and laid down the gauntlet. I honestly don't know where she comes up with this stuff but it was a DOOZY.
