Clean Pulls
Time: "Next Time On... YO MOMMA!"
I've recently realized something - I am no good at Cleans. We've recently been working on a series of WOD's that will assist in our overall Clean progression and this morning we worked on the 'Pull' portion of the Clean. At this point I'm more concerned with technique but for those playing the home game here's what it looked like:

I ended up doing extra sets but only because I need the extra work.
"When the arms bend, the power ends..."
The cues & pointers are all there, the coaching is there - I just need to figure out where the disconnect is. I'm hoping that one of these days that I'll have a "lightbulb" moment where I'll just erupt into a Power Clean Machine where everything is weightless, gravity doesn't exist, and small children & kittens cower in fear and trepidation.

I can now string together 6-Muscle Ups in a row where before I struggled to get 3. Though I'll probably start wearing an adult diaper here soon... I nearly "sharted" on myself from over-exertion.
