You know, I'd be fine with the rowing and the OHS and box jumnps, but there is no way I could deadlift 185...
I think Jeff ala CrossFit Fairfax said in his video tutorial that if you can't row a 7:00-min. 2k then don't even bother or something like that.
Can you knock out DU's yet?

My 2K is an 8:16 or so... was 7:00 for guys or girls?
I think it might've been for both sexes actually.

You know what... I don't wanna know... it'll just depress me if I find out I'm really supposed to be doing 7:00 2k rows.... my "list of things I suck at and need to work on" is already long enough!
