On the last month's episode of "30 Muscle-Ups for Time" it took 14:34 to complete. Today? 8:18.
I feel golden - the goal has always been to get 30 MU's in under 10-minutes and if you're gaming it it's about 3 MU's a minute. Today it was all about pacing and trying not to burn myself out knocking out larger chunks of like 10 in the beginning. I think I was able to knock out 12 in the first 2:30 or so, give or take.
Afterwards I hit up the extra and for extra-extra I hit up the alternate to the Muscle-Up WOD the Ring Dip/Pullup Couplet Ladder. What a good way to start off the weekend!
