What a gorgeous Saturday morning to gather all the CFOT warriors, load some bars with some heavy plates, and just thrown down something fierce. We all went through the warmup and then Jerry & Melissa led us through some Back Squat instructionals that helped open the hips, glutes, and hammies which felt really good. You could just feel the electricity in the air and as I glanced around the room you could see a lot of determined faces - this was their day, and a banner day it was! All of CFOT had been working the Back Squat movement for the past couple of months and this seemed to be the culmination of a lot of people's hard work. There were tons of PR's and I saw some really inspirational performances. There's just something to be said about the community & fellowship @ CFOT as everyone was cheering, rooting for, and getting each other cised. It was just cool to be a part of something special.
Extra:
600m Run
500m Row
40 Wallballs (20-lbs.)
30 Jumping Slamballs
20 Jumping Lunges
10 Burpee Pullups
Now the extra was just ridiculous! After squatting for the better part of an a hour and a half and then attempting to go through this? Yeah... Pain Cave. Hurt Locker. Whatever you wanna call it - it reeked.

Great intro to the atmosphere - I was really excited about this day and am so psyched that the table was set and everyone delivered!
Great squats Sean!
