This Saturday morning was interval training with the goal being trying to maintain as blistering pace as possible across X amount of intervals attempted.
I actually think this WOD was a bad idea on my part just because my legs were absolutely liquefied from yesterdays metcon WOD. It's gonna be a hoot trying to recover this weekend!
