Power Clean Work

WOD:

Power Cleans x 2-reps.
Start at 70% of 1RM and increase by 2.5% each round until you miss. Then work back down for a total of 15 rounds.

UPDATE: today is the FIRST day that I've been able to walk normally and without any pain since last Friday's "Truckload/King of Pop" WOD. Not Cool!

I'm still nursing a sore right wrist (at least trying to) so I subbed out the Power Cleans for Clean Pulls. Clean Pulls are actually better because:

1.) I get to work on form.
2.) I have no business Power Cleaning (for now).
3.) And any other number of reasons that escape me at the moment...

Without even knowing it but I ended up pulling 195-lbs. I was just adding 10-lbs after every set of 2-4 reps but I didn't even realize that I got up that high (for me at least).

I'm not digging this whole "taking it easy" & "lifting safe" in an effort to be easy on my injury but here's hoping that it heals sooner than later and I get back on the playground.
