WOD - "Cindy Got Strong!"

3 Weighted Pullups (45-lbs.)
5 Front Squats (155-lbs.)
7 Clapping Pushups

Total Rounds: 9.33

A great WOD! The only thing of note today was that I was able to Front Squat without my right wrist totally collapsing like it's made out of cheese!

Still got PUMMELED though...
