Most Xtreme Elimination Challenge

WOD:

5-RFT.

15 Push Press (95-lbs.)
300m Row
45 ABMATs

Time: 28:01

Yesterday's "Cindy Got Strong" WOD totally whomped on me. Usually I'll get sore a couple days later in a specific body region after an intense WOD but my legs were pretty much a noodly mess by yesterday afternoon. It's funny because I kind of oozed my way around work attempting to conserve energy and abstain from using my legs at all costs.

When I woke up this morning I debated whether or not I should've taken a rest day but I dragged myself out of bed and into the box anyway. I should've stayed in bed - I totally felt off my game today, in fact I'm actually a little embarassed at my performance this morning.

Push Presses were a bear with my wrist and overall overhead strength, I'm pretty sure everyone's keen to my disdain for rowing, and my ABMATs were a joke. That fire and intensity just wasn't there this morning. Maybe it was me subconciously disliking these particular movements, or maybe I was still gassed from yesterday's workout either way here's to tomorrow hoping for a more motivated performance.
