I cannot even remember when's the last time I (personally) hit snatches either as strength work or in a WOD, it's been a while though. But because of this I was a little leery about the snatches, and I was also a little worried about my wrist when going overhead. But I'm glad to report that the snatches went pretty well and my wrist felt great. I think it might have something to do with it being a lighter weight compared to say a 185-lbs. Jerk or 115-lbs. Thruster. No pain, and I feel great! I'll still play it safe for at least another month, just in case.
Items of Note: Beware the transition from Burpee back to Snatch!
