WOD:

For Time - Rest Day

3-2-1 GO!!!


For Time - 150 Pushups For Time

*Everytime you stop and rest with your chest on the ground this constitutes a penalty. If a penalty is counted, you must immediately sprint 50 yards. Once the penalty is completed continue with the push ups.

*You can rest in a plank position (the top of a push up) for 3 seconds but once you can't do push ups any longer and need to rest on the ground, a penalty is counted and a 50 yard sprint must be completed.

So much for a Rest Day... I was suffering from some major "cabin fever" at work today so I decided to sneak off to the 1230 class and get a quick workout in. This makes it 5-WODs for this week and I'm officially toast!
