Short and Sweet & Sour

WOD:

5-RFT.

275m Sprint
9 Ring Dips
12 "Perfect" Pushups
15 Wallball Shots (20-lbs. @ 10-ft. Target)

Time: 11:33

This was one heck of a WOD - short enough to maintain intensity, brutal enough to put hair on your chest, and possibly whiten your teeth. I enjoyed the sprints thoroughly and I hope that there are more in our future and that we stave from 400's, and dreaded (gasp!) 800's!

Ring Dips decimated my pushups today - by rounds 4 & 5 I could only knock out 4 or 5 at a time before having to drop on a knee or re-attach my arms to my torso.
