Goal? Achieved!
Yesterday was supposed to be a Rest Day however when I saw that 1-RM. Power Cleans were up & everyone and their MOTHERS were hittin' PRs I knew I had to make it in there. Somehow... someway...
And make it in I did! I almost had to Power Clean in dress pants if it weren't for a generous donations of shorts from a buddy of mine. And alas, the stars aligned, the clouds parted and the heavens shook as 200-lbs. went up & onto the shoulders. As ugly as it was it's a confidence booster in my book and now I feel like I can do anything that CrossFit throws my way...
...until the next "Fran" rolls around.
