3 Cleans (165-lbs.)
5 L-Sit Pullups
7 Ring Dips (20-lb. Vest)

I really, truly tried to go fullout "ELITE" for this WOD but the Cleans @ 185-lbs. weren't happening after the first 2 reps or so. So I just pulled off the 10-lb. plates and went with 165-lbs. and called it "The Soni." But that's not a good thing & I'm gonna be honest here: pulling off plates mid-WOD is embarassing. Not like "pooped your pants in front of the prettiest girl in school" kind of humiliation but more like "hey, what the crap have you been doing for the past 7-months" type of embarassed self-assessment.
Needless to say I made it through alive - I tried to keep the intensity ramped up but 10 rounds is a long time!

Dude - What are you gripping about. Thinking you could do 185 and then seeing it was too much, is much more respectable than trying less then seeing that it was too easy.
Plus, you could have done 155, but you stepped it up to 165.
