Man, I am BEAT!
Today is a much needed rest day especially if it's "First Friday" at CFOT tomorrow - I have no idea what Benchmark/HERO WOD I'm going to hit... but it's gonna be something that I haven't hit before I know that much. Maybe something that doesn't require me gripping a bar or includes the word "clean" in it!
