A nasty, nasty little WOD! In reality you're only doing 12 minutes of work but man, you're pretty much pummeling yourself the entire time.

Notes:

- Power Cleans @ 165# felt really heavy & slow. I was missing that speedy elbow whip this morning.

- What was I thinking subbing Slamballs for Pullups and then teaming those with Burpees!?! The duo ended up frying my legs on the rower.

- Man, I tried pulling as hard as I could but my legs gave out after doing that 2nd set of movements. This made it almost impossible to do Double Unders (as noted by that abysmal DU rep count) but that's where the money is made - "Double Unders under Duress." If you can hammer DUs after Slamballs, Burpees, and Rowing you're a beast!
