Double Unders
Situps

Time: 7:19 (PR)

I was pretty happy with my performance this morning. I was able to hit a PR by two and a half minutes and almost broke the sub-7 minute barrier. My double unders were just flying this morning but obviously what slows you down the most are the situps. You just gotta keep moving and hammering those out as fast as you possibly can.
