WOD:

Deadlift 5x3

Top Load: 275-lbs (!?!)

Man... I really hate to play the blame game, or pass the buck but yesterday's Muscle-Up/Air Squat ladder WOD is crushing me right now and I wholeheartedly believe that it might've affected this morning's deadlifts.

I literally feel like I was run over by a snow plow.

Either way I couldn't deadlift my way out of a paper bag this morning! Poor form, i.e. rounded back, high butt, no tension, etc. It was ugly... I feel like I've pro-gressed with other lifts and re-gressed with others namely the deadlift.

I guess it's back to the ole drawing board!
