Working the Angles (Sharp & Precise!)

WOD:

6-RFT.

10 Handstand Pushups
30 Situps
45 Double Unders

Time: 20:??

So I suggested last night that Elite-level and CrossFit Sectionals competitors sub the Push Presses for Handstand Pushups... I don't know who else is going to take the plunge but we'll see who or what shows up on the whiteboard tomorrow.

I'm not competing at sectionals nor do I really consider myself an Elite CrossFitter but I'm always up for a little challenge or competition. I thought that this WOD done with HSPUs instead of PPs would offer up a nice little challenge to those who desire to work their HSPU ROM & Technique.

60 HSPUs & dozens of broken eye blood vessels later I'm totally glad that I got the work in. And afterwards my shoulders felt fine!

Gotta love the broken eye blood vessels...wish I would've had a warning a few weeks ago!
