I'm gonna go with FACT.
I was happy that I was able to keep pace with Dan, "The Big Diesel," himself on the rower but everything after that was pretty much a joke. Dan on the other hand just kept cruising! The man is no slouch in the technique & form department either. Perfect KB Swings with the big bell overhead, Wallballs above the target, and head well above the bar (no Pez Dispensers!) on the pullups, the dude was machine this morning.

And sometimes you gotta give props where props are due!
