I thoroughly enjoyed this one this morning. Pullups were smooth and felt real good, Pushups were light and airy, and the Double Unders came together very nicely. I was pleased with my overall performance.
I think what helped me out immensely is this new Rogue pullup system. I find the whatever metal material that's being employed really, really easy on the hands and usually (on the old pullup bars) my hands would've probably torn around Round 5 or 6. Not this time, I only have one very minor tear on left hand's ring finger but, like I said, it's very minor. Probably because I forgot to shave the callous down!
I think what also helped was doing everything right next to my respective pullup bar. I'd knock out the pullups then immediately drop down and bang out 10 "Chest-2-Da-Deck" pushups, and then quickly pick up the rope for 15 double unders.
As I write this my lats are quivering - that's a good thing right?

On a month of serious travel and family time and missing CFOT more than ever. Glad that shoulder is healing up!
